Jon | Managing DirectorJon’s passion for all things outdoors was a driving force behind his decision to take the helm of Four Corners UK. Who better to sign up an impressive range of innovative and exciting brands than a busy sport-loving father who understands how all products must stand the test of durability and quality? Jon is approaching the world of distribution with the grit and enthusiasm with which he would tackle an endurance event - his drive knows no limits!

Mike | Sales & Marketing DirectorMike joined the company in 2023 and brings a breadth of experience which covers all aspects of business from the property, marketing, wholesale and distribution sectors. Mike is well-travelled, having spent several years living abroad, in Europe, the USA and Canada, and has a love of the great outdoors, which he regularly enjoys when yomping across Dartmoor with his yellow labrador Moth.

Caroline| National Sales ManagerCaroline brings more than two decades of commercial and sales experience, having worked with premium consumer brands and major UK retail groups throughout her career. A keen snowboarder and lover of the outdoors, when she's not working, you'll usually find Caroline out walking with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Boo, keeping active in the gym or planning her next mountain adventure.

Phil | SalesPhil has been at Four Corners UK since Jon took over the business, and in the outdoor industry since the late eighties. He loves people and he loves talking, so he would say life on the road is his ‘happy place’. Saying this, he refuses to sell anything he doesn’t believe in and that’s why his relationships with clients stand the test of time. With a busy social life down by the sea in South Devon, he knows the importance of enjoying life to the full, which is one of the reasons he loves working with the Four Corners portfolio of brands which actively promote this.

Sofia | Office AdministratorSofia joined our team as office administrator, keeping us all in check, ensuring the i’s are dotted, the t’s are crossed and the back end processes run smoothly. Born in Slovakia, surrounded by beautiful mountains, she loves the outdoors and winter sports. She moved to the UK more than a decade ago and now enjoys all Devon has to offer with her two young boys.

Leon | Warehouse & eCommerceLeon joined Four Corners UK in 2026, where he works in the warehouse helping to keep the distribution of Four Corners products running smoothly by picking, packing and dispatching customer orders. When warehouse duties are up to date, he supports the office team by assisting customers with enquiries and preparing products for the company’s online sales channels. Leon has lived in Exmouth for almost 20 years with his wife, Kerry, and sons, Charlie and Jack. He enjoys walking, art, photography, and making the most of the beautiful Devon coastline with his dog, Buddy.

Trudie | Bright Blue CTrudie has worked in partnership with Four Corners [Formerly Man O'Leisure] since 2015 providing graphic and web design services, assisting the business to express it's ethos and love of the outdoors.
Trudie's happy peaceful place is either snorkelling in the sea absorbing the wonders of marine life, or high in the sky, flying, preferably with the wind in her hair following the East Devon coastline in a Microlight, and nearly always with a camera of some description in her hand - But never on the edge of anything high up! |
